What we collect. When you run a check we keep the website name you typed, the grade, the time, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, so we can spot abuse. We keep this for 30 days. We do not ask for your name or email and we do not use cookies for tracking.

What the check does. It loads your home page, robots.txt and sitemap.xml like any visitor, looks at your site's security certificate and reads your public DNS records. It does not log in, test passwords or try to exploit anything.

Your results are shown on the page and are not kept, with one exception: if you press Share, we keep a copy of that one report for 7 days so the link works, then delete it. Anyone with that link can read it, so share it only with people you trust.
